Susan is an amazing person, in and out. She has a heart of gold, great maternal instinct and is very family-oriented which are all reasons why she is an exceptional nanny. She is respectful of our home and our family values. She is great with communication and is very open to feedback. She goes above and beyond by taking the time to create weekly lesson plans, rent books from the library, and plan arts and craft projects. She truly has helped foster a creative and loving mind for our daughter. Our two year old adores Susan and her whole family as do we. We absolutely recommend her without hesitation. She is a great person and we will all miss her dearly when we move.
