About Susanne

I am a licensed Registered Nurse with over 30 years of in-home caregiving experience. I have worked with patients of all ages and abilities. I am knowledgeable in wound care, IV and injectable medication administration, chronic pain and disease management, hospice care, post-surgery care, and vital sign monitoring and documentation. I am able to provide assistance with activities of daily living including feeding, mobility support, bathing, toileting, and nutritional support. I can also provide assistance with errands, light housework, meal preparation and transportation to and from appointments. I am passionate about patient and family education to improve patient independence and confidence in their capabilities. I am able to coordinate care and advocate for my patients to ensure they receive the care they need. I am happy to answer any questions and discuss more over a phone call.
