Susan worked for us for a couple of months, taking care of our two boys aged 9 and 13. She helped us with kids school work, pick ups / drop offs, and general household help. Susan was always very thoughtful, helpful, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. We found her to be very reliable and trustworthy, with a nice manner with the children. She helped us well beyond her assignment and was a great support in settling down in the area with handy tips and information. Often she would call with proactively on her own to pass on information that she thought may help us. We would happily hire her again.
