I began working with youth at a YMCA daycare back in 2018 and this led me to pursue my school counseling career. I graduated with my MEd in 2021 from Rutgers Graduate School of education which assists me to be not just babysitter, but a knowledgable, well-rounded caregiver. Susan helped us with our 4 children this summer. She is very responsible, punctual, and for our children it was easy to engage with her. She was able to discover the needs and special ways to relate with each one, which make the children happy every time she was with them. She looks for being informed of the house rules, parenting style, and routines, so to follow them when she's in charge. She's able to be close with the children, but at the same time set up respectful limits. She was willing to understand the family needs and help in whichever way was needed while she was in our house. We're really happy to have worked with her.
