Suzana was always prompt, often arriving early, which we truly appreciated. She was incredibly attentive to our daughter’s needs, helping her reach important milestones like crawling, developing her pincer grasp, cruising, and taking her first steps. Suzana made sure our daughter ate her meals and thoughtfully suggested and prepared a variety of foods that she knew our little one would enjoy. A lovely surprise was her ability to maintain our daughter's hair, which showed her genuine care. Although her departure was unexpected and felt too soon, her influence remained strong as she recommended a wonderful new nanny for us. We’re grateful that we still keep in touch and will even utilize her care for our date nights. It’s clear that Suzana cares for our daughter as if she were her own, and her patience throughout our time together has been truly refreshing.
