For the past 10 years, I've been dedicated to providing compassionate care to adults and seniors, always striving to support their well-being and independence. My college education complements my hands-on experience in home health. As a caregiver, I'm patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I understand the importance of earning trust and adapting to changing routines, especially when providing memory care. I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating engaging activities. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, manage medications, and offer mobility assistance. I keep families informed with regular updates via text or phone, always respecting their preferred communication style. CPR and First Aid certified.
