With 10 years of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I provide live-in care services, and assistance with errands, shopping, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication. I am skilled in mobility assistance and dementia care, including de-escalating stressful situations . I am patient, friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Respecting independence is essential to building connections with care recipients.
