About Sydney

I've been babysitting for 9 years, and was a nanny for 4. I am currently a paraeducator at an elementary school, so I'm looking for a very part time nanny position. About 5-8 hours per week, 1-2 days per week. I have experience with children ages 7 months through 12 years old. I'm reliable, creative, and my main priority is making sure your children are comfortable and safe. As a childcare provider, my goal is to utilize my past experience and knowledge to provide the children with a loving atmosphere that allows them to grow. When a child is upset, I believe it's so important to talk to them calmly about how they are feeling rather than dismiss it and tell them they're fine. Learning to understand their emotions in a healthy way is crucial.
