About Sydney

Psychology student- worked in a child care center that cared for children ages 3 months to 12 years old for almost 6 years. Currently I am working at Shasta Elementary so I am available for after school hours starting at 3 p.m. Come July I will be available Sun/Tues/Thurs/Saturday Over the years I have nannied both part-time and full- time for 4+ families (long term positions) with children ranging from 3 months to 7 years old :) I love working with infants, I think it is really important for their development to have someone around who provides a loving atmosphere. I have great tolerance and I enjoy working with children and young teens of all ages :) and with the smaller ones I really like to focus on helping them express themselves through creative play and for the slightly older ones and I encourage real life problem solving. My main goal is to be an extension of the parents for the sake of the child. I am very outgoing and go above and beyond for the families I care for!
