About Sydney

Hi! I'm Sydney H. I'm a professional Brooklyn-based nanny looking for a new family to grow with. I've been working in childcare for 8 years. I started as co-teacher of an infant daycare room in North Carolina. I kept 10 1yo babies fed, clothed, cleaned, and happy. I started nanny care in NYC. I have intense experience with multiples, over nights, medication, traveling, nanny shares, and CPR. I prefer sticking with a family long term. My last job saw me through 3 birthdays and the birth of their youngest son. I'm grateful for everyday we spent together. I even painted the mural in his nursery! My typical day as an infant/toddler nanny involves as much time outside as possible, reading books, and the occasional yogurt painting, since I really like to emphasize arts and crafts at an early age. Of course, I believe in child-led learning, so if you have a future jock on your hands, then I'll happily bring my soccer ball. I'm also vaccinated. Hope to hear from you soon!
