About Sydney

Hi families! My name is Sydney, and caring for children is something I truly love. I have three years of experience working in a daycare setting where I cared for children ages 1-7, supporting their learning, play, and daily routines. This experience helped me develop patience, creativity, and strong communication skills. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and safety is always my top priority. I have also volunteered in childcare at my church and helped care for my nieces and nephews, so I'm very comfortable handling the energy and unique needs of children of different ages. As a nanny, my goal is to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment where children feel supported and encouraged to grow. I enjoy planning activities, learning through play, and getting to know each child's personality. My typical rate is $20-$22per hour for one child, with adjustments for additional children or responsibilities. I'm also open to discussing weekly rates for full-time care.
