Hi there! My name is Sydney and I've always had a heart for working with kids. Whether it's through babysitting, camp programs, or community events, I've spent the last several years pouring love, patience, and fun into every child I care for. I'm currently studying Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Psychology and Leadership, and I also coach high school softball-so I know how to balance structure, safety, and creativity in a way that helps kids feel seen, supported, and empowered. From imaginative play to homework help, bedtime routines to snack time negotiations (yes, I've mastered the art of the "just one more carrot" trick), I've done it all-and I genuinely miss being a part of families' everyday rhythms.
