My name is Sydney, I am 24 years old and I will be 25 in March. I have been in the industry for 10 years but a full time nanny for over 6! I have a severely special needs little brother that pushed my passion to help kids! I'm a dependable and attentive nanny with a strong focus on safety, structure, and consistency. I take pride in being nurturing while also supporting routines, boundaries, and age-appropriate development. I'm highly organized, communicative, and committed to creating a calm, positive environment for both children and families. I am very OCD so cleaning comes naturally and I can multitask if need be.
