Sydney is literally the best babysitter I've worked with for my 2 kids (2 and 5 years old). They compete to have her attention and the moment she's in the house, they absolutely want to be with her right away. From a parent's perspective, Sydney is mature, compassionate, naturally connects with kids and builds a sense of trust and safety, while letting them be who they are and do what they want. We have enjoyed our time with Sydney as it's helped us reorganize and get things done while our kids are having a wonderful time. I couldn't ask for more.
