Hi! My name is Sydney and I'd love to help your family with your child care needs. I have a genuine passion for working with kids and plenty of experience to back it up! I have experience as a 2nd grade teacher, am currently working on my masters in education at the University of Pennsylvania, and have a B. A. in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College. I have lots of babysitting experience with kids aged 2 months to 12+ years. I believe in treating children with respect and have a focus on teaching emotion regulation strategies. I'm flexible and happy to adjust my strategies to fit your preferences, always striving to meet each child's unique needs. I'm currently available during most weekends and evenings.
