About Sydney

I'm a caring and enthusiastic caregiver with a genuine passion for working with children and supporting families! My decision to pursue this field comes from my love for helping kids. Volunteering in hospitals and tutoring during my undergrad inspired me to follow this path in child care. I make sure to keep parents informed by providing daily written reports and always follow their preferred communication style. I understand how important consistency and discipline are, so I work with parents to reinforce household rules. With experience caring for children of all ages (4-5, 6-11, and 12+), I love engaging kids in activities that get them thinking and moving, like board games and puzzles. I'm happy to care for up to three children and am comfortable with pets. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where kids can grow and thrive.
