Sylvia was wonderful with our four-year-old. She regularly picked her up from her after-school program and brought her back to her place, handling dinner, bath time, and quiet activities like reading books with ease. She was especially great at helping my daughter wind down and fall asleep when I came home later in the evening. Sylvia was also excellent at following and implementing new routines whenever we introduced them, which we really appreciated. She is very pleasant, patient, and calm, and our daughter felt comfortable and happy with her. I would absolutely recommend Sylvia to any family looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive caregiver.
