Making a difference in the lives of others is what drives me. For the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors in maintaining their independence and overall well-being. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to connect with each individual on a personal level by understanding their preferences and history. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I'm equipped to assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I keep families informed about their loved one's well-being through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method of communication.
