About Taiwo

As an educator in the public schools I have worked with a multitude of youth with special needs and learning differences. I have worked closely with para educators and learned how to differentiate instruction for students with special needs. As a substitute for Arlington County Public Schools, I worked hands on with children with severe disabilities in various schools. I have also supervised a staff of 30 people at the Richmond Arc which is an organization designed to help those with disabilities and special needs. At the Richmond Arc I was trained in medicine distribution, CPR, First Aid, proper handling and movement assistance of the disabled, feeding assistance, bathing assistance, restroom assistance, and many other elements to provide for those in need of care. I was responsible for overseeing the care and maintenance of my staff and over 100 clients.
