About Tajunique

Hello! My name is Tajunique, and I'm a compassionate child-care provider with over 3 years of experience in early childhood development, infant/toddler care, and behavioral support. I've worked in daycare settings caring for 1-year-olds, handling sensory play, diapering, feeding, safe lifting, meal prep, and maintaining clean, structured routines. I also work as a Direct Care Worker at Windwood Farms, supporting children with emotional and behavioral needs through patience, consistency, and positive communication. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's in Social Work, which strengthens my skills in child development, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention.
