Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my passion. With five years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I am dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults. My approach is patient, friendly, and professional. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with care. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, prepare meals, and offer mobility assistance. I also have current CPR and First Aid certifications. My previous work experience includes working in settings such as the ER, Trauma, and Acute Care.
