Tayln was our part-time helper and provided excellent care to my son starting when he was 4 months until 18 months. My son absolutely adored her! Very responsible, patient, punctual and takes direction well. I really appreciated how Tayln understood and followed the wake window/nap schedules. Before her, I had a very difficult time putting my son down for a nap and he usually ended up over-tired at night. Once she started, she placed him on a regular nap schedule and gave me some tips on how to put him down. It was a life saver! Also before Tayln, we had a hard time transitioning my son to drink from the bottle. Tayln was so helpful and patient during this transition and somehow she made it work! She is warm, nurturing, and very calm. We consider Tayln part of the family and now she is our go-to babysitter. We feel completely comfortable leaving Tayln alone with our son. Highly recommend!
