Tammy is great! Dependable, flexible. Tammy is outspoken and direct, which are qualities I was looking for. She consistently provided structure for my kids until I could get home from work. She also went above and beyond regular care by transporting one of my children to practice and doing light housework without me asking. She has conservative values, which was a bonus for me.
