About Tamara

I moved into my parents home approximately 15 years ago to care for my elderly, aging parents who both had dementia. My mother also had Parkinson's on top of the dementia. I am fully aware of how difficult a job this can be, and know what it's like to feel overwhelmed, alone, and even burnt out. I would love to be of service by helping to relieve some of the stress and lightening your load. Since I am not professionally trained, I do not feel comfortable with bathing/dressing, but I can assist somebody in and out of the restroom, as long as they are able to go and clean themselves.
