Tamara (Tammy) cared for my mom over a two-year period during the later stages of dementia. My mom did not take well to people in her house, which made finding home care very challenging. Tammy came in with a bright attitude, showing incredible patience, kindness and understanding even when the disease made my mom’s disposition difficult. She cooked for her and made sure she was getting the nutrition needed. She also spent time engaging with my mom, asking questions about her life and connecting with her, like few other people could. My mom became very fond of Tammy. I would highly recommend Tammy for any home care position. Tammy’s efforts allowed me to go to work and know that my mom was in the best of care. We were very fortunate to have Tammy as my mom’s caretaker during such a difficult time.
