Sweet girl, however when she arrived she was wearing dangling earrings and a nose ring as well as very long pointy nails. Definitely not putting down her style just not something that is safe/friendly for taking care of a baby. I told her that babies (my son) would prob pull on her jewelry and I was concerned about her scratching him with her pointy long nails- her reply was she would not change or accommodate for the position.
