We interviewed Tamar and agreed on: - Date for in person meeting - Agreed she will share the references - Exchanged phone numbers and email - Agreed on work and pay But after that she just disappeared. She did not answer the text messages, email and even no response on care.com though she is active on care.com. We were entrusting her with picking up our daughter and I feel if someone cannot even respond back to email/text/care.com messages that they are not interested in the role is not professional and you cannot depend on her. We waited for her to respond 7+ days.
