With three years of experience providing respite care, home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia, and mobility assistance, I'm dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My educational background includes some college courses. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. I approach each care recipient with patience, compassion, and a friendly demeanor. Understanding their preferences and personal history is important to me. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation.
