About Tamika

For two decades, I've been immersed in the world of childcare, driven by a deep passion to help children thrive and a desire to positively impact young lives. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly, and I find immense joy in supporting families by providing reliable care. I hold a college degree and maintain current First Aid Training and CPR Training. I am also a trained Doula. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games with children, and I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, offering verbal updates at pickup and regular updates via text or phone call. I am happy to assist with cooking and meal preparation. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. I look forward to bringing my experience and dedication to your family, creating a nurturing and fun environment where your child can flourish.
