Providing compassionate care for adults and seniors is more than a job for me; it's a calling. My passion stems from positive experiences supporting their well-being and independence, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on their lives. For the past 10 years, I've worked as a Certified Home Health Aide, offering respite care, live-in assistance, errands and shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility support. I'm known for my patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment and always follow the family's preferred communication method, providing regular updates via text, phone, or during visits. I have a high school degree and am CPR and First Aid trained.
