About Tamika

Fueled by a genuine passion for children's growth, I've dedicated the last 15 years to nurturing young minds. My approach is patient and creative, and I strive to make a positive impact on each child's life. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children of varying ages, from infants to pre-teens. I'm currently attending college for Early Childhood Education with specialized ECE and Early Child Development coursework. I'm 45-hour Childcare Certified and Paraprofessional Certified. I am a great communicator who keeps parents connected and confident with video updates, daily reports, and quick chats at pickup. I also help with light housekeeping. I enjoy board games, puzzles, arts and crafts, story time, nature walks, sensory play, music, movement, building with blocks or LEGO's, and educational apps. I hold First Aid and CPR Training certifications and bring experience, calm energy, and genuine love for children. References available upon request.
