I am writing to provide my highest recommendation for Tamila as a nanny and childcare provider. Over the time she has worked with our family, Tamila has proven to be an exceptional caregiver who goes above and beyond in every aspect of her role. Tamila has been wonderful with our 5-month-old baby, demonstrating genuine care and attentiveness to her needs. She keeps our baby engaged and entertained throughout the day, regularly reading and playing with her while ensuring she remains clean and comfortable at all times. Her nurturing approach has given us complete peace of mind knowing our infant is in such capable and loving hands. What truly sets Tamila apart is her initiative and willingness to help beyond her primary responsibilities. Without being asked, she assists with laundry and keeps the kitchen tidy, showing a level of dedication and thoughtfulness that is rare to find. Her proactive nature and attention to our household needs have been invaluable to our family. Tamila is also an excellent communicator and demonstrates remarkable flexibility, which has made our parent-nanny relationship easy and stress-free. Her openness to discussing schedules, routines, and any concerns has fostered a collaborative partnership that benefits our entire family. Tamila has also babysat our older children, ages 7 and 11, for date nights, and they absolutely love her. The only reason we will no longer have Tamila as our nanny is because we are relocating to a different state. If it were possible, we would take her with us.
