About Tammy

I'm an experienced caregiver with over 8 years of providing compassionate, dependable care for seniors and adults with a variety of needs. My experience includes supporting individuals with Alzheimer's, physical disabilities, developmental challenges, post hospital recovery care, hospice and general age related care. I assist with daily living activities such as medication reminders, bathing and personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, Dr Appts, and PT. I also have extensive experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia, including those in advanced stages and on hospice. I am comfortable managing behaviors such as sundowners, confusion, aggression while maintaining a calm, patient and reassuring presence. My goal is to create a safe, respectful and compassionate environment where clients feel comfortable and families feel confident in the care they're receiving. I care for my clients like I would my own family.
