I have had dogs, and all sorts of other animals, all my life. Cats, birds, fish, hampsters, girbils, guinee pigs... you name it! I have always been a huge animal lover. I have done a ton of volunteer activities related to dogs since I was young. Currently, I have 3 show Samoyed's that have many titles. I train and groom my own dogs using only positive reinforcement and TLC. I do therapy dog work serving children and the elderly. In the past I have been a volunteer trainer for the MI Humane Society; working to exercise their dogs and to make them more adoptable. I have also worked to educate on puppy mills, and to help my Girl Scout troop earn animal related badges. I have fostered 9 dogs and only failed at one of them by keeping them! My sister owns a successful dog training/boarding business in CA... it's in the blood! I am an open book - ask me anything. I live on 2 acres north of Howell.
