Tange used to babysit my young daughter when I was working. I knew she was trustworthy, punctual, and attentive because I was her supervising nurse at a nursing home. She always took the time to make our elderly residents feel special. She helped the ladies fix their hair and makeup with extra care and compassion. She was dedicated to providing excellent care while protecting the dignity of our residents. My daughter loved spending time with Tange. She had wagon rides and her curls were neatly styled in various cute hairdos. I never worried when Tange was watching my baby girl because I knew she was getting the same quality care that I would give myself.
