About Tanisha

I'd describe my personality as passionate, driven, and adaptable. I love working with children because, I love making a real impact on a child's early development and life. Working with children directly you get to see children grow and learn firsthand. I'm looking for a job that I can contribute my skills effectively, and administer one on one care to meet the child's needs. And contributing to a safe, caring, nurturing, and stimulating environment in which the children thrive and develop. I started working with children in 2017 when I owned and operated a licensed in home childcare center in Baltimore, Maryland. In my spare time I like to traveling, cooking, drawing, and spending time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I prioritize the children's safety and well-being above all else, and will always communicate any concerns or issues that arise promptly and openly. My skills include I'm a responsible, caring, and reliable person to depend on.
