About Tanya

I have always loved caring for people! I have been working in the medical field since 2008. I started out caring for medically complex children at a rehab/long term care facility. Then I transitioned to working with medically fragile children one-on-one in the home for many years! I truly love working with families and caring for their loved ones! I later transitioned to VNA services with MGH assisting elders coming home after a hospital discharge. I was able to asses their needs for a safe transition home following their hospital stay. I am currently working in a medical floor at Beth Israel Hospital and looking to find some extra one-on-one time caring for people in their own home. I have seen first hand how staying home while meeting healthcare needs truly impacts mental health and overall wellbeing. For this reason I am truly passionate about helping families keep their loved ones in the home setting, for as long as possible while meeting their health needs!
