About Tara

Hello! My name is Tara and I have a heart for seniors. I have been a CNA for 10 years and would love to not only provide everyday necessities for your loved one but also a friendship. What can I do for your loved one? I can help with all hygiene needs, dressing, toileting, transferring, brief changing, help with mobility, medication management, blood pressure readings, housework, meal preparation, errands, assist with feeding, take them to and from doctor appointments, and laundry. Based on what the client is comfortably able to do and willing to do, we will also go outside and get some sun, go on walks, do some light exercising, play card games, go through photo albums and talk about their family and past, write some cards to loved ones or make a snack for them or do some shopping. My goal is to get them mentally or physically active and have some good socialization. I look forward to hearing from you!
