Working with and caring for children has always been a passion of mine. I take pride in the privilege of fostering and encouraging their social, physical, and emotional growth. I am currently a 3rd grade teacher in a NYC public school. For 10+ years, I have worked with children, aged infant through school-aged in several capacities such as an assistant and lead teacher, counselor and after-school coach. I have also tutored students in various elementary grades. I am a caring, nurturing, dedicated and fun-loving person who believes that learning is not only achieved through school walls. I also believe that learning should be fun. I have learned that just as easily as I am able to teach children, I am able to learn from them as well.
