Very unprofessional experience. After meeting on Friday, Tasha emphasized urgency due to another offer. We made an offer shortly after, which she accepted. We checked references the same day and received positive feedback. She even texted us on Saturday to wish us a nice weekend. She was scheduled to start Monday morning and did not show up. She did not responded to any calls or messages and likely went with a different family. Ghosting on a confirmed start date without any communication put us in a difficult position as working parents who had to scramble for childcare. Families should be aware of this lack of accountability before making a commitment.
