About Taylor

We feel so blessed to have had Taylor as part of our family, and it’s hard to put into words just how much she’s meant to us. She’s been with us for over a year, caring for our daughter since she was a newborn, and she has gone above and beyond in every possible way. One of the things we appreciated most was her incredible reliability and punctuality. We always knew we could count on her to be there when she said she would, fully present and ready to go — which gave us so much peace of mind, especially during the early days of juggling everything. She also made a real effort to align with our parenting style, which meant a lot to us. She asked thoughtful questions, offered gentle suggestions when appropriate, and never tried to override the boundaries we set — instead, she reinforced them in such a supportive and respectful way. It always felt like we were on the same team. What really stood out, though, was how proactive she was in learning about our child’s unique developmental journey. She took initiative to research age-appropriate milestones, activities, and even brought helpful resources to our attention. More than once, she shared thoughtful insights that helped us better understand and support our child’s needs. That kind of care and curiosity is rare — and so appreciated. Our daughter absolutely adores her, and it’s been amazing to watch their bond grow. She brings warmth, patience, and creativity into every day, and we always felt our child was not only safe but truly thriving in her care. It’s bittersweet to be writing this, as we’ll miss seeing her daily — but we know she’ll be a gift to the next family she works with.
