We hired Taylor to be our in-home nanny for a week while our primary nanny was on a family trip. Taylor showed up on time or early, immediately bonded with our 5 month old, and even did some vacuuming, laundry, and tidying up. Taylor worked each day for a 9 hour shift and still had plenty steam leftover at the end. Caring for a small child takes plenty of patience and that seemed to come easy to Taylor. Patience, almost wasn't required because of how well she got along with our 5 month old. Taylor had a smiley, always-positive demeanor that helped to brighten our days even when my wife or I had a particularly straining work day. From our view, you cannot go wrong hiring Taylor!
