About Taylor

For the past six years, I've spent the majority of my time working with families and babysitting kiddos! My passion for childcare stems from my long-term passion for individuals with special needs and positively impacting their lives, a field I've been involved with through my church since I was 12. Currently, I'm a college student, studying Behavioral Sciences with a concentration of Applied Behavior Analysis. I would consider myself to be a patient, creative, and friendly person to approach and pride myself on my communication skills. I prioritize open communication with you, following your preferred method for updates and addressing any concerns. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy working with children on respecting and following them! I am also happy to help with light housekeeping if needed! I cannot wait to learn more about you and your kiddos and be a helping hand for your family!
