About Taylor

Hi! My name is Taylor, and I'm currently a student at Boise State University. I have a strong passion for working with children and supporting their growth in a positive and engaging environment. I work as a Behavioral Technician during the week, where I support children with autism by helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills. This experience has taught me patience, creativity, and how to adapt to each child's unique needs. I'm looking to expand my experience in childcare and would love the opportunity to work with families who value a caring, dependable, and energetic caregiver. I enjoy creating fun, structured activities while also making sure children feel safe, supported, and understood. I'm reliable, compassionate, and truly enjoy making a difference in kids' lives.
