Taylor came over for an interview and we got along very well. My son even went right to her and started playing. She was great and probably would've taken great care of my son. HOWEVER! Even though my job stated this was a back up care position and I even double checked through messaging if she was comfortable being back up care in the night time sitter, and she replied with a yes. After I hired her around 5 P.m. the night before I needed help, she texted me around 6 AM the next morning to tell me that she was not going to take the job. This was 45 minutes before she was supposed to be at my house. And gave me zero time to find another babysitter when I have to work. Unless you want someone flaky who's only going to be available for a few months anyway. Don't hire her.
