Taylor applied to babysit our daughter and we had a phone call to discuss. In the call, she agreed it would be a good fit and we scheduled a date and time for her to meet our daughter. We arranged our day around meeting her, but she never showed up. Would not respond to a call or text checking if she was still coming. Unfortunately we burned a lot of time waiting for her. Clearly, not dependable or respectful enough to let us know things changed.
