Hello! My name is Teresa and making a difference in the lives of others is my passion. With five years of experience supporting adults and seniors, I've learned the importance of patience and empathy in care. I adapt to changing routines and handle challenging situations with a calm demeanor. I communicate with families through verbal updates and follow their preferred methods. I respect the independence of those I care for. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, prepare meals, and help with medical management. I have some graduate school experience. I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I also speak Spanish. I find great joy in helping others live comfortably.
