After losing my best friend , my mom who lived with me , I decided to seek this position after leaving my professional career of 30+ years . Having cared for both my elderly parents , and several women over the last few years , I consider myself to be experienced with the many factors of aging , and the assistance , kindness and patience needed. I'm a dependable , energetic , healthy, young 60-year-old woman. I am seeking a part time position, during the week, but would consider an occasional weekend. I am prompt, neat, organized, compassionate, and friendly . I look forward to assisting someone in need, and hope that this will be mutually beneficial to us both . Teresa is a gem! She is genuine and loves your person as if they were her own. She’s kind, gentle and understanding as well as loving. Teresa took fabulous care of my mom, always tending to her needs and listening to her wants. Listening to the patient is key in personal care. My mom adored her! She helped with household chores so much that we got rid of our cleaning lady. She helped us keep up with moms appointments with Hospice and genuinely made life during this difficult time easier on us all-the family. We would highly recommend Teresa for all your care giver needs. She’s a real angel! 😇
