I can drive and take to appointments, shopping, out to lunch, ride to church, can cook good meals, light housekeeping, laundry, assist with medication, play cards, chess, puzzles, watch sports, movies or talk about anything except politics. One thing I can not do is lifting of any kind at this time, because of my torn rotator cuffs. I can do most things, just not lifting out of a chair or bed.
