Hello! I have been lived in Charlotte for over 20 years and grew up babysitting and nannying since I was 11 years old and Au Paired in Switzerland at 16. I was a nanny to 3 incredible kids for 2 years. My responsibilities included driving to and from school, dental and doctor's appointments, afterschool activities, helping with household chores, scheduling, cooking meals, and of course playing! I am an empath and have always found compassion to littles as their feelings are valid and real and just need to be understood. It takes grace and patience, and with a little time, you can connect with anyone. I recently moved back from Dallas, TX working at an investment firm and craving a career change. I wanted to slow down my pace of life and enjoy the little things so I turned to animals and kids! Tessa worked for our family and I cannot recommend her highly enough! She is reliable, responsible, and always came to work with such a great attitude and cheerful disposition! She made it a point to have fun with our children, and they love keeping in touch with her even now that she no longer works for us. (my husband, and I do too.!) Tessa went out of her way to be helpful, and she really was a lifesaver- just knowing my kids were well cared for and happy was such a gift
